A workout log

A workout log for every sport you do.

TimePeace is a workout log for people who do more than one thing: 91 sports by name, from running to padel to yoga. Log a session in seconds, build a gym session set by set, and see your personal bests, your week and your totals by sport. On iPhone, Apple Health workouts arrive on their own.

Plain answers

Which sports can I log?

91 by name, each with the details that fit it: distance and pace for a run or a ride, sets and reps for the gym, laps for a swim, minutes for yoga or a class. Switch sports from day to day and every session still lands in the same log.

Can I log a gym session set by set?

Yes. In Health, then Exercise, tap Start a session, add each exercise and log its sets, then finish or pause for later. Save it as a template and next time you start from last week’s session instead of a blank page.

Where do I see my progress?

Exercise shows this week’s sessions and your last twelve. Insights goes further: personal bests for runs and lifts, progress charts, top weights, your time by muscle group and your totals by sport. A new best shows quietly as New PR.

Does it work with my watch?

On iPhone, connect Apple Health and the workouts your phone or watch records come in on their own, with sleep, steps and heart rate beside them. TimePeace only reads, and you choose what it may read. On the web you log by hand.

Every sport, one log.

Most training apps are built around one sport and a leaderboard. TimePeace keeps every kind of session you do in one private log, beside the sleep and meals around it, with nobody watching but you.
